Beta and Waitlist Terms

Effective date November 5, 2026

These terms apply when you register interest in a Quantx product or accept access specifically labeled beta, preview, or experimental. They supplement the Terms of Service. A waiting list and a beta are different activities.

1. Waiting lists

Registering for a waiting list requests updates about the product you select. It does not create an order, reserve a guaranteed unit, activate compute contribution, begin a paid subscription, or guarantee an invitation, release date, price, or final specification. There is no fee for the current waiting list. Any future paid reservation requires a separate offer and agreement.

We collect your email address and chosen platform to manage the list and send the requested updates, under the Privacy Policy. Broader promotional messages require the appropriate separate choice where applicable. Unsubscribe through the message or contact support@getquantx.com. We will not sell a place on the list as an investment or promise a financial return.

2. Beta access

Beta access begins only after an invitation or enrollment step identifies the features, requirements, duration if any, support channel, and applicable charges. An invitation can be limited to specified users, devices, or locations. The actual beta scope is described in your invitation. Do not share credentials or invitations contrary to the disclosed access conditions.

Beta functionality can change, fail, return inaccurate results, or lose data. Back up information and avoid production-critical or safety-critical reliance. Use of sensitive or regulated information requires explicit approval and appropriate controls; beta status does not excuse privacy or security duties.

3. Mesh and diagnostics

Testing a mesh feature requires the same clear enrollment, data disclosures, and device permissions as other mesh use. Being a beta tester is not permission to run undisclosed background workloads. Beta diagnostic collection is limited to error and performance data unless you choose to send more, and any content-bearing recording or telemetry is disclosed before collection. Do not record bystanders or third parties without authority.

4. Feedback and confidentiality

Feedback is voluntary and governed by the Terms of Service. Do not include another person's secrets or regulated information in a bug report. These public beta terms do not impose a blanket confidentiality obligation. If a particular private test needs confidentiality, a separate agreement must identify the protected information, exclusions, duration, permitted disclosure, and legal exceptions before access.

5. Ending a test

You may stop testing or request account deletion through the published process. We may pause, change, or end a test for development, security, legal, or operational reasons. Any paid beta must disclose cancellation and refund treatment before purchase; required refunds and mandatory rights remain available. Ending a test does not authorize continued device contribution or undisclosed retention.
