Hardware Concept and Reservations

Effective date November 5, 2026

Quantx Go and Quantx OS are proposed products. This page explains the current concept-stage offering and interest list. It does not represent that a production device is available for purchase, has passed certification, or has achieved a particular level of performance.

1. Concept information

Renderings illustrate a design direction. Dimensions, materials, ports, memory, storage, battery support, cooling, connectivity, operating-system features, model compatibility, and supported workloads can change during engineering. A rendering is not evidence of manufacturing readiness. We will identify final specifications and any material service dependency before accepting an order for a finished product.

Statements about portable compute or bringing a data center with you describe a product concept, not a claim that a small device matches the capacity, reliability, redundancy, or model quality of a data center. Local and mesh performance will depend on the tested configuration and workload.

2. Registering interest

The current interest list is free and does not collect payment. It does not guarantee a unit, priority, allocation, price, shipment date, or access to production software. We use submitted details to provide the updates you request under the Privacy Policy and Beta and Waitlist Terms. You can unsubscribe.

3. Future reservations and orders

If paid reservations are introduced, the separate reservation offer will identify the seller, amount, refundability, payment timing, allocation rules, cancellation route, development risk, and whether any shipping estimate is supported. A deposit will not be accepted under an ambiguous waiting-list form. A reservation is not an equity investment and carries no investment return or ownership right.

Before a production order, we will provide final commercial terms, total price and taxes, delivery territory, shipping basis, return rules, warranty terms, security-support period, and applicable connectivity or subscription requirements. We will not use a general development-risk disclaimer to avoid mandatory delivery, refund, or consumer-guarantee obligations. Delay notices and refund options must follow applicable law.

4. Software connectivity and participation

Quantx OS is intended to manage supported local AI and mesh features. The final offer must state which functions work offline, which need an account, which need internet or a subscription, and what happens if a service is discontinued. It must also explain mesh enrollment, data handling, resource controls, and the support lifecycle.

Purchasing a device does not authorize undisclosed remote processing or waive privacy rights. Hardware ownership, software license rights, cloud access, and contribution rewards are distinct matters. No contribution reward or subsidy is promised unless separately specified.

5. Safety compliance and sustainability

Production hardware must undergo the applicable engineering, safety, radio, environmental, labeling, and market-access assessment before it is offered in a market. We do not claim FCC, CE, UKCA, UL, Energy Star, or another certification without a valid basis and appropriate scope. A third-party module approval does not automatically establish compliance of the finished product.

Battery operation, charging, transport restrictions, and battery disposal will be described only if supported by the released design. Final user instructions must identify ventilation, power supply, operating conditions, servicing, and recycling information. Environmental claims will identify their evidence and boundaries; using a mesh does not alone establish lower lifecycle impact.
